Imagination
Imaginations are the oldest healing methods. It is very helpful in many ways. Inner pictures appear between the 'outer-world' and the 'inner-world'. They allow us to recall past situations, and change them. So called 'parallel stories' could appear. Imaginations a working processes and could improve healing.
Because of our imaginative power we are able to anticipate and design situations. Even futurewise. This ability has to do with or way to solve problems, because everything I imagine, already belongs to me. Our imaginative power is the greatest source of our ability to change something and be creative.
Inner pictures could purposely used for recreation. You could build up a 'counter picture' which helps your well-being. With your imaginations you can design balance.
